Update !

As i said in my last post, exercising was recommended to me by a lot of people so i decided to try it.


It didn't really work for me. I feel like for me, it did the opposite of what everyone said it would do.


Apparently it was supposed clear my head of all thoughts but it made me think more about what i was doing and all the things that could happen.


I initially planned to do a series of beginner workouts i found on YouTube. The whole time i was working out, i kept getting scared that i would drop the dumbbell on my foot because i have shaky hands.


I can't keep my hands steady for more than 5 seconds, no matter what i'm doing and concentrating normally worsens it.


Music helps though, so i think i'll just stick to that for now !
